Candiates Should Have:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills – mandatory
* Instructional Design
* Developing storyboards for eLearning as per Bosch process and standards
* Sound knowledge of Instructional Design theories and adult learning principles
* Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Flash, Captivate, Articulate) and Learning Management Systems
* Exposure to applications based eLearning and ERP/SAP is desirable though not essential
* Familiarity of working in LCMS (Learning Content Management System) environment
