Mandatory Skills : RHCE Certification
Technical Skills :
• Good command over Linux, its internals & various commands,
• Linux Boot Process and initial processes
• Vim Editor
• Strong in Networking concepts and TCP/IP, its Linux commands
• File permission settings, Security hardening, Firewalls (iptables)
• Basic Shell Scripting knowledge
• Knowledge of basic SSH, FTP, NFS, SAMBA
• Mail services (MX record, MTA, MDA, etc)
• BIND, DNS Server concepts,Apache Web server Configuration
• Linux Package management tools (rpm, yum, apt-get etc)
Attributes :
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills
• Proactive, flexible and customer focused.
