Job Role: SEO Manager/consultant/creative head/link building 4-6 Years Exp
Job Summary:
* Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings.
* Responsible for the creation of information architecture of the website and SEO future proofing.
* Researching and resolving HTML code and content, link architecture and navigation issues
* implementing new strategies for Link building.
* Continually monitoring organic search rankings to increase traffic and sales
* Analyzing website strategies and translating qualitative data into recommendations and tactics for revising the strategies
* Report on the overall SEO health of our web properties and rolling up SEO reports in a meaningful way
* Researching keywords using tools.
* Troubleshoot SEO problems & propose resolutions for SEO implementation Issues on the website.
* Stay on top of current search engine news, trends, SEO practices, and emerging items of interest
* Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming for our websites.
* Work on decoding Search engine Algorithm through small/controlled/measurable experiments.
* Co-ordinate between Tech. / Dev. team, UI - Website Design, Content, Product and QA teams and make sure to have handshake between these departments
* Help the team to look beyond traditional SEO and deliver high quality output to take SEO to next level
* Lead a team and mentor them in the ways of organic search tactics & advice on best SEO practices

Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Post Graduation Not Required, Any PG Course)
* 4-6 years of Experience of Organic SEO
.
* Strong knowledge of Search Engine algorithms & ranking strategies.
* Execution and management of the Search Engine Optimization strategy of our website.
* Leading a team for development, execution and management of the search engine optimization strategy of the website
* Design / Development (should understand UI/UX from a user point of view; use simple coding with standards (flexible and scalable).
* Content (should have exp in modifying and optimizing content as per SEO requirement)
* Online promotion (various other mediums (web directories etc), should be known to link building activities
* on page / off page optimization
Salary: As per Company Standards
