Job Role: CRM and HR Executiv
Job Summary :
JD for CRM:
Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Should be presentable and should have great convincing power.
We focus mainly on Corporate tie-ups and business expansion.
CTC: 2L (Negotiable)
JD for HR Executive:
1. Recruitment:
o She should be well versed with the recruitment cycle.
o His/Her roles include Publicizing the job openings through Newspaper Advertising, Sending Mailers, posting on job Portals, Contacting Consultancies etc.
o Also they include Searching resumes in Job Portal like Naukri.
o Screening candidates, including those provided by Employee Referrals or various Consultants include the roles too.
o Short listing candidates after initial screening and coordinating with the management for the final rounds of interviews.
o Doing Reference Check with candidates previous employers is a part of her responsibilities.
o Keeping follow-ups with the candidates till their joining.
o Counselling of the candidates is also included.
2. Joining Formalities:
Her/his roles under the joining formalities include:
o Completing all joining formalities of new comers.(Application from, account form, PF forms or ESI forms)
o Collecting, checking and maintaining data, maintaining employee's personal files.
o Sending background verification mails to previous employer of new comers.
3. Induction and orientation:
His/Her roles under the induction and orientation include:
o Conducting Induction, Giving Presentation to the new comers/joiners about the Company HR Policies in brief.
o Introducing the new joiners to the technical department heads and other Team Members.
o Issuing temporary ID cards to the new joiners.
o Generating Access card to new joiners and maintaining entry in access machine as per the same.
4. Exit Formalities:
His/Her roles under the Exit Formalities include:
o Doing exit formalities involving exit interview, briefing the senior for the same, releasing relieving letter and experience letter after signing No-due form etc.
o Collecting ID, Access card and other company property from employee.
5. Employee Engagement:
His/Her roles under the Employee Engagement include:
o Sending mail to the onsite employees for maintaining their leave records,attendance sheet etc.
o Generate and maintain leave cards.
o Updating to the onsite employees through mails and calls for any introducing company policy.
o Sending Birthday and Anniversary mail.
6. Statutory Compliance:
His/Her roles under the Statutory Compliance include:
o Coordinating with labor consultant for statutory compliance.
o Preparing documentation for ESIC and PF.
o Preparing files required for ISO 9001-2008 Yearly Audit.
