  • Project Title  : “Preparing for climate change: Improving sorghum adaptation to postflowering drought tolerance” funded under Competitive grant component of NICRA (National Initiative on Climate Resilient Agriculture) project, ICAR.
  • Qualifications  : – Masters Degree in Plant Physiology/Crop Physiology/Botany/Agronomy/ Soil Science /Biochemistry/Plant Breeding/Plant Science.
  • Desirable qualifications : Experience in handling field and controlled conditions experiments, managing and collecting required data sets in multilocational trials with the assistance of local Scientists. Hands on experience in using latest instruments used in Physiological research. Well versed with computer applications and statistics packages.
  • Pay Scale  : Rs. 16,000 per month + 30% HRA
HOW TO APPLY  :- The candidates shall submit the application at the time of interview in the proforma enclosed along with a passport size photograph, attested copies of requisite marksheets, certificates and supporting documents. They have to produce all the original certificates at the time of interview for verification.Walk-in-Interview scheduled on 4th October, 2011 at 09.30AM in the Library Hall.
