Job Description : The position is responsible for the acquisition of new customers for Standard Chartered Bank by managing relationship of customers of SME LAP vertical within SME Banking. The task requires establishing, deepening relationships with customers in defined segments and assigned territories and sell the product suite being current offered by LAP.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design and execute a specific plan for customer acquisition in assigned territory.
• Monitor the profitability of each account to avoid Mis-use.
• Ensure adherence to KYC and AML norms and standards as well as the Code Of Conduct & SCB 5 Values.
• Ensure that mis-selling is nil and customers are serviced with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure no complaints and provide timely feedback to the customers.
• Ensure timely closure of cases within minimum TAT.
• Should continuously be in touch with customers for understanding the business situation of the customer; portfolio evaluation; opportunity evaluation for further business with the customer.
Qualifications & Skills • Minimum qualification: Should be atleast a Graduate. A post Graduation will be an added advantage
• Vintage: Should have had a sales experience of at-least 2-4 years. Experience in both lending and liabilities would be preferred.


(2) Product Knowledge and experience:
• Product Experience: Ideal candidate should have handled LAP as a product. Adequate experience in handling insurance sales and current account openings.
