Position : Jr.Associate

Experience : 0yrs -0.6yrs / US NEUTRAL ACSENT IS ADDED ADVANTAGE
Timings: Night Shift (US SHIFT)
Type : US Outbound Voice Process (Collections-Process)
Required Skills:
• Good communication with US neutral accent.
• Experience in International outbound collections processes is added advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate the collectible scope on the call from a collections standpoint.
• Identify and shortlist available options available for being able to negotiate a payment schedule
• Be able to negotiate the maximum possible collectible amount from the customer.
• Be able to tackle difficult customers with delinquency profiles who do not intend to pay and want the account written off.
• Negotiate and extract confirmed promise to pay schedule.
Qualification : Class 12 or above
