Job Role: SOFTWARE DEVELOPER / ENGINEER
Candiates Should Have:
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, OOPS/Design Pattern,Web services.Strong knowledge in SQL 2005, XML, AJAX is required.
Proper documentation skill needed. Will be responsible for the quality of the product as per the quality defined for the product.
The responsibility would include Coding, Code reviews, Project Documentation.
He or she should have good Technical and Functional expertise with positive attitude, communication skill, analytical skills.
Experience of complete project lifecycle execution. Follow best practices and design guidelines in an Agiledevelopment environment.
Skills Required:
NET FRAMEWORK 2.0 / 3.0 / 4.0, C#, ASP.NET 2.0 / 4.0, IIS 6.0 / 7.0, Visual Studio 2005 / 2008 / 2010, XML, AJAX controls
SQL Server 2005 / 2008
Should have sound knowledge of SDLC concepts
Good technical knowledge in Microsoft.net technologies
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Positive attitude and able to work with local and remote team members
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivation is essential, should demonstrate commitment to high quality design and development.
Ability to develop & maintain working relationships with a number of stakeholders and senior professionals.
Flexibility and an open attitude to change.
Problem solving skills with the ability to think laterally, and to think with a medium term and long term perspective
Ability to learn and quickly get familiar with a complex business and systems environment.
KNOWLEDGE OF SILVERLIGHT WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
