*Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Clerical Cadre, Qualification : Graduate of a recognized University with minimum 45% marks and adequate knowledge of computer application., Age : 30 years

*Customer Service Officer (CSO) in the Officer Grade, Qualification : Degree/ Post Graduate Degree of a recognized University with minimum 50% marks., Age : 32 years
