Job Role: Associate Freshers
Candiates Should Have:
Routine monitoring of AutoSys batch schedule, SAP batch jobs
Monitors and validates to ensure that the batch schedule is running properly,
Check for various job statuses in AutoSys like long running jobs, job failures etc.
Responsible for monitoring critical paths in both SAP and AutoSys.
Report monitoring in Business Objects, SAP and HPOS Printer spool monitoring
Should continue to build on knowledge on Job Scheduling and Monitoring
Participates in back-ups (schedule & monitor), uptime and performance of applications
Follows TEIS policies and procedures like change management etc
Has front end interactions with users to assist with low level trouble-shooting requirements
Should demonstrate an aptitude for increasing proficiency and expertise
Acquires knowledge on company policies, procedure and essential job skills required to resolve routine tasks
Works on tasks that are simple and routine in nature. Follows company standard practices and procedures in analyzing situation/data from which answers can be readily obtained
Builds good working relationships within the team and members
Works under high supervision / guidance with frequent review of tasks assigned
Receives detailed instructions for assigned work
Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts
