Candiates Should Have:
Knowledge of testing methodologies
A good understanding of SDLC
Hands on in designing test plans, test cases and automation/implementation of test cases using scripting languages
Nack for identifying/troubleshooting issues and doing Root Cause Analysis
Proven problem solving skills
Knowledge in concepts of databases (SQL,Oracle, Postgres)
Good Analytical, Communication, Presentation and Judgment skill
Work in a team as well as a strong individual contributor
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
