Job Summary :
Requirements:
Bachelors/Maters in Business administration .

Good Communication skills .

Good Knowledge of MS Office-(Excel, Power Point, Mail Merge, Etc.)

Eye for detail .

Responsibilities:
Requires Closure on the backend operational tasks for campus hiring.

Uploading resumes and offer in the tool, printing offer letters, sending bulk mails to the candidates,

Preparing campus travel kit during the campus hiring season.

Coordinate the NCG on-boarding .

Maintaining the tracker for the campus hires .

Coordinating operational tasks during key engagement events.

Preparing Intern offer letters, completion certificate .

Tracking the intern list and date of joining .

Filing intern feedback .

Processing NCG documents for background verification .

Update NCG allocation / manager and date of joining changes in the tool .
