Job Summary :
Certification/recertification of Retail Customer accounts by validating various
regulatory documents submitted by customers
Bachelors degree in Commerce - Preferably first class pass percentage ( no Post graduates)
Fresher / work experience 0-12 months, preferably in back office/financial industry
Key stroke speed : 3000 alpha numeric
Knowledge of Business Email writing
Good working knowledge of all MS Office applications particularly Excel
Soft Skills:
Decent communication with excellent inter-personal skills
Effective time management skills
Excellent Client focus and Customer care working practices
Good team player with positive attitude towards working hours on account of business requirement
Accurate and self motivated with good problem solving skills and project management skills
Solid intellectual capacity for process improvements
