Job Description :
1. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.
2. Remote Infrastructure support delivery
3. Perform problem cause analysis
4. Resolve routine customer problem
5. Ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements
6. Ability to meet a set of defined account agent productivity measurements.
Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate should possess any degree/Diploma from a recognised university.
2. Fluency in Communications Skills (both spoken and written)/ soft skills.
3. Should have technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.
4. Understanding of operating systems.
