Job Summary :
We are looking for senior support engineer who provides
technical support for Amazon employees around the world. The team resolves
escalations from the Helpdesk and handles complex system administration
tasks within Active Directory, LDAP, SharePoint, and Exchange.
Responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving escalations related to Office applications, Exchange email, Blackberry and VPN as well as providing support for SharePoint, Accounts and Permissions and Printing. Client operating systems include Windows Vista/7, Macintosh OS 10.6, and RedHat Linux. You must have a strong working experience with these operating systems as well as an understanding of networking protocols. Proficiency in one or more scripting languages is mandatory. Experience packaging software with SMS or SCCM is a plus.
