Job Description:
This position is responsible for setting up Clients Accounts with the Corporate Program anticipate and potentially preventing losses by applying internal risk models as well as reviewing external risk indicator.
1. Develop a strategy to action these accounts on a priority basis after advising Sales, S/E (if applicable), Executive and Legal if warranted.
2. Build an external network of contact within various industry groups to gather financial information on a major corporation or industry to assess the level of risk to AMEX.
3. Update systems for reporting and tracking results
4. Attention to details and analytical skills
5. Through Relationship CARE manage the end to end journey of a cardmember application
6. Supporting other corporate teams with any queries and/or escalations related to cardmember applications
7. Work effectively in a fast paced team environment to ensure service levels are met in a timely manner
8. Educating clients in relation to Corporate Program policies and procedures
9. Must possess strong financials instincts and be able to act upon them in conjunction with Management, Legal and Executive.
10. Understanding of BTA and Corporate Card product offerings, Operational processes and constraints
11. Excellent communication and problem solving skill in order to communicate with Clients and/or Travel Agencies regarding Companies and BTAs setups
12. Excellent working knowledge of Electronic Products with particular reference to BTA Connect and @work in order to embrace American Express digital solution approach

1. In-depth knowledge of Risk and Compliance policies and procedures, products and best practices
2. Ability to react immediately to potential risk in a calm and organized manner
3. Proven administrative time and organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
4. Ability to listen, identify and respond to Senior Management’s concerns relative to potential high risk exposure
5. Ability to convey written and oral information clearly in both formal and informal settings.
6. Must be decisive, diplomatic, flexible and self-reliant
7. Highly customer-focused and result oriented
8. Eye for detail and analytical skills
9. High initiative and energy level ; multi tasking capabilities is a pre requisite
10. Collaborative and influencing skills
11. Quick learning curve
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Power Point
