Our flagship product, NetSim, developed since 2003 with technical consultancy from Prof. Anurag Kumar from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore., is used in over 250 customer locales for network lab experimentation and research.
Job Description :
1. Development of C libraries for protocols in the NetSim framework
2. Protocol development in Mobile, Cellular, Sensor, Mobile Adhoc and Delay Tolerant networks
3. Enhancement of the protocol stack, simulation kernel and post processing engine
4. Implementation of IEEE proceedings in NetSim
5. Extension of communication functional blocks and chains in PhySim
6. Enhancements to the UI and usability using Java Swings under MVC architecture
7. Simulation trace data mining methods
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Must be good in C / Java, data structures, algorithms and other CS concepts
2. Working knowledge of Python desirable.
3. Modeling and simulation knowledge for research applications desirable.
4. Knowledge of networking protocols and devices desirable.
5. Passion for our domain and desire to work on application of C to extend our platforms capability.
6. Must match claims of domain passion with past track record.
7. Prior work on NetSim a plus
