Good knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure Technologies LAN / WAN/Routers / Switches / Hubs / Networks etc.
Ability to manage a demanding workload
Desired Profile:
Should be comfortable in taking inbound calls/making outbound calls. Calls may be required to interact with End customers/Technicians/Other teams
Must have good analytical skills.
Should have Good Communication skill
