Job Description :
1. Indepth knoweldge of any Software Technology / Product
2. Willing to learn new software technologies in a short period of time.
3.Good communication skills with or without prior experience in 24/7 call support / production support ( Strong verbal & written skills )
4. Who can join us immediately or with 15 Days notice ( if currently working )
5. Open to work in 24/7 shifts
5. Freshers or experienced candidates can apply !
Desired skills:
1. Oracle / SQL / any database
2. Incident Management
3. ITIL certified
4. Currently supporting any product for globe is an added advantage.
