Job Description:
1. Shortlisted students will be working as trainees for first 6 months on a take home of 5k and on successful completion on assessment they will be taken as ASE on 2.5 lacs CTC.
2. Customer Service Associate to be able to provide customer service and support to InterGlobe clients on Air, hotels, car hire, packages and other bookings keeping in minds various SLA’S like quality, abandon%, AHT, sales conversation & efficient customer service.
Candidate Profile:
For Software Trainee:
1. Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/MCA degree from a recognised university.
2. MCA Candidates should have 60% in graduation and 65% though out.
3. B.E/B.Tech Candidates should have 65% though out and Immediate Joining.
4. For 2014 Batch, NOC from College for them to join early in the month of Dec 2013/ Jan 2014 ;examination preparatory leaves will be provided
For Customer Service Associate:
1. Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/MCA degree from a recognised university.
2. Should have Good Communication skills.
3. Candidates with less than 65%. After 1 year based on performance , opportunity to move into IT role
