Job Description:
1. Liaises between Project Managers and PSG Managers on PSG deliverables timelines.
2. Maintains the Medical Imaging PSG Deliverable Project Plan
3. Provides administrative support to the Project Manager and Production Services Group Managers; maintains MS Project, Microsoft 4. Word, MS Access tracking databases.
5. Maintains Client project scheduling plan including resource assignments, project priorities and project schedules
6. Compiles data for various reports
7. Responsible for distributing project-specific documentation to corresponding Project managers
8. Prepares regular management and administrative reports (forecast and revenue associated)
9. Develops and delivers metrics to measure delivery performance on a project level
10. Serves as the focal point for the flow of project scheduling information among Project Managers, Medical Writers and Production Services Group Managers
Candidate Profile:
1. Graduate, proficiency in MS office, MS project plan
2. Administrative experience preferred
