- Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics, Material science with NET/GATE

- Qualification: M.Sc, in Physics, Material Science with at least two years of post- M.Sc, experience, as evidenced from published papers in standard refereed journals (ii) M.Tech or equivalent degree in material science
- Number of Post : One
- Pay Scale: Rs. 16,000 + HRA + MA (per month)
- Qualification: Doctorate in Physics, Material science (or) Equivalent degree (or) Having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after M. Sc., M.tech. or related area.
