Job Description:
In this position, the individual will be responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems. The individual will determine design approaches and parameters, analyze equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results. The individual will primarily develop System Verilog assertions, test benches, and directed vectors, select components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability, and may also review vendor capability to support product development.
Candidate Profile:
1. This position requires a BE/BTech/MTech degree or equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience.
2. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
3. The individual must be self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have also demonstrated ability to work well with people and have a proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.
4. In addition, the individual must have the abilities to work effectively cross-functionally, coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
5. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required.
