Job Description:
eHP (eSync Health Portal) is a health and wellness portal which offers programs that helps users focus on high priority activities for better health. It increases employee’s achievement of healthcare goals, which helps improve their health and well-being. Its main aim is to contribute to overall healthcare cost reduction strategies for users and their employer or health plan. DA team is responsible for client onboarding, verification and validation, release support and post production support.
Responsibilities:
1. Ability to work closely with the product development teams to identify defects and to recommend enhancements
2. Ability to review ongoing and proposed projects to identify opportunities for reuse and process improvement
3. Ability to review technical documentation to verify compliance with client requirements
4. Flexible for extended shifts.
5. Participate in 24x7 on call support
Requirements :
1. Proficient analytical, problem solving, and fact finding skills
2. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to fully understand complex data models
4. SQL coding and debugging skills
5. SQL analysis and code implementation involving hundreds of tables, across many schemas
6. Working knowledge of SSIS ETL toolset and huge plus
7. ETL concepts, workflow execution and task management within a workflow system
8. Heavy systems analysis skills
9. Ability to work within deadlines and client-facing environments
