Looking for BPO Candidates
Novincio an Eurpoean co. is hiring for its Hyderabad location for US shift for medical research/lead process.
Process Associates : 6months to 01 year, English and good communication skills essential.
Team Leaders : 5 years experienced in handling team and awesome to crosscheck and closing skills.
1. Willing to work in Night shifts primarily
2. Should be service focused, able to deal with people on calls in friendly and polite manner
3. Good communication skills and strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Able to handle minimum of 12 team members.
5. Commitment towards work allotted.
Qualification : Not a constraint whereas should have good English skills for dealing with USA people.
Individuals can walk in for interview and final selection on 14/12/2013 and 15/12/2013.
