Job Description:
The Financial Analyst is a member of the forward looking Financial Planning and Analysis team, reporting to the Manager of FP&A, providing analytical and planning support to senior management as well as to the finance team. Responsibilities include preparing monthly forecasts, supporting the annual detailed operating budget, reporting on and analyzing key business metrics, opportunity identification, decision support and special projects.
Job Requirements:
Experience and Education Requirements:
1. Post-graduate degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA preferred
2. 2-3 years of financial planning and analysis experience in the IT/ITES industry
3. Ability to understand key business and market issues driving financial results
4. A solid base of accounting knowledge
5. Proficient problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills
6. Effective presentation skills
7. Superior MS Excel/spreadsheet expertise
8. Strong statistical analysis skills
9. Hyperion and Oracle is a plus.
