Job Description:
BE/B.Tech (with 1 year BPO experience), MCA, MCM, BCA and BSc (Other graduates with relevant BPO experience / knowledge can also apply)
Role is providing voice based technical troubleshooting for telecom customers
Desired Profile:
Good knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure Technologies LAN/WAN/Routers/Switches/Hubs/Networks etc.
Acting as Single Point of Contact for customers for either reporting trouble or providing updates on existing Trouble Tickets
Should have Good Communication skill
