Job Description :
1. System Integration of 4G LTE network
2. Remote SW Updates
3. Onsite and Remote Integrations of eNodeb
4. Onsite and Remote Software upgrade
5. Script loading, Configuration and parameter changes
6. Faults identification and Troubleshooting across various NE
7. New feature implementation and demonstration
8. Call testing and support to drive test team
9. Acceptance testing with customer
10. Networks upgrade activities like radio units replacements, Swap from other vendors to Ericsson platform.
Candidate Profile :
1. B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering with 1-4 years of experience
2. Basic Knowledge of IP
3. Knowledge of LTE RAN
4. Good Communication
Technical Knowledge :
1. Good Integration portfolio knowledge and working experience with LTE products supported by Ericsson
2. Previous telecom working experience in Rollout. Multi-vendor knowledge is an added advantage
3. Good knowledge about IP-Technology, TCP/IP & networking concepts.
4. Good Communication skills required
5. Highly motivated and good team player
6. Must have consultative skills, share knowledge
7. Very good skills in oral and written communication.
8. Ability to plan own work to meet assigned schedules and targets.
9. Ability to develop and give effective presentations within own unit.
10. Knowledge of LTE RAN
